AI Dos and Don'ts

PRETTYBIRD A.I. DOS & DON’TS
This A.I. Policy Dos & Don’ts list is a general guide, not a definitive list, of appropriate and inappropriate ways to use A.I. Platforms in the work place. Always use discretion when interacting with Public A.I. Platforms.
Please direct any and all questions regarding these Dos and Don’ts to the legal department and the I.T. department.  Below are the guidelines and best practices for using A.I. Platforms in connection with Work created for Prettybird. For the avoidance of doubt, capitalized terms in this list shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prettybird A.I. Policy.

SECTION 1 – DOS
1.1 Always notify a direct supervisor before using any Public A.I. Platform if the Public A.I. Platform does not have department prior approval. 
1.2 Only use Public A.I. Platforms on the Prettybird Approved A.I. Platform List.
1.3 Always use Prettybird log-in credentials when using approved Public A.I. Platforms.
1.4 Always opt-out of allowing Public A.I. Platforms to use uploaded Data for training and /or general online web usage, as applicable. 
1.5 Always opt-in for the maximum security options when using Public A.I. Platforms on projects.
1.6 Upon completion of a project where a Public A.I. Platform has been used, save the file in some manner (ex. a PDF) as a record and then delete the Public A.I. Platform’s history, to the extent possible.
1.7 If a Third Party requests or approves the use of Public A.I. Platforms in connection with their Confidential Information, Employees and Freelancers must strictly abide by the parameters in which the Third Party has approved such use, at all times subject to a direct supervisor’s approval.
1.8 Always anonymize any reference to a product and/or project with codewords when using Public A.I. Platforms in connection with that product and/or project.
1.9 Always update the Project A.I. Database as well as the appropriate field in the corresponding job card in the Prettybird job tracker whenever an A.I. Platform is used, whether or not the project awards.

SECTION 2 – DON’TS
 2.1 Never upload Confidential Information to Public A.I. Platforms.
 2.2 Never use A.I. Platforms to summarize Confidential Information.
 2.3 Never use Public A.I. Platforms that are not on the Prettybird Approved A.I. Platform List unless given explicit consent from the Third Party who owns the Confidential Information, a direct supervisor.
